Mustangs of Las Colinas

I used to work in Las Colinas.  In fact, I have had three different jobs in the Irving area over the years.  I often saw the Mustangs of Las Colinas sculpture as I commuted but never stopped by to check it out.

I met Peter there on a recent afternoon to see what we could see.  First thing to note is that getting to Williams Square and the Mustangs is a tiny bit tricky right now as there is lots of road construction happening on N. O’Connor Blvd.  There are signs posted to lead you in the right direction.  Secondly, parking in the garages is only free for an hour, and provided you get your stub validated at the Mustangs museum.  Peter and I were out there longer than an hour, so we had to pay a small fee.

Because N. O’Connor was closed & ripped up, we wandered in the back way by Lake Carolyn and the canal.
